My husband and I are both self-employed; my husband a licensed contractor and I a grant writer. We live in a very non-traditional home: owner built , off the grid. Our loan consulant Matt Jacob told us he could refinance our home after calling us out of the blue. I thought...yeah right...but he did. He did what he said he could do. He explained options, answered my questions that day, appeased my fears, and we are now in a loan we can afford. He made a difficult/scary process easy. I have to say I was skeptical at first because we had been gullible with our first loan...the kind of loan where people are now loosing their homes. But Matt and his team got us into a reasonable loan (6.8% 30 year fixed) and my husband and I can breathe a little easier. Thank you.
