My mortage banker was the greatest. I have never felt so comfortable discussing my personal info with anyone, yet somehow she made it easy. She was alsays there for my calls to answer my questions. We had a hard loan to push through and sh made it happen! Thanks to her we have a GREAT home that I have always wanted!! I was less than impressed with the second part of getting my loan as the gentleman that I worked with was very unorganized and he never knew what I had discussed with my banker prior to him calling me. This made for a lot of frustrating times with the closing team. This was the only part that was not a good experience.
