Completely frustrated in trying to deal with Chase Mortgage on a loan application, I contacted Quicken on July 17. Shawn took my call, initiated a loan application on the phone, gave me an abbreviated list of documentation Quicken would need, approved the loan application "subject to ...", then proceded to arrange inspection and survey comleted and get the transaction closed and funded on July 30 -- eleven business days. Excellent work and communication by all Quicken personnel through the process.
