We were totally thrilled with the application process, especially the helpfulness of the agent who took our call. He was very understanding and gracious of our situation when we told him we wanted to pay off credit card debt. Never was he condescending in any way. He always kept in touch and gave ua a great rate. Also, the closing was 20 minutes and they came to us! We highly recommend Quicken.
