I refinanced my house last year, in what turned out to be a big mistake - I happened to get an email from Quicken, who had financed a previous loan, in late November of 07. I filled out the information request, not thinking I would really move forward, but by the end of December, I had refinanced my house at a better rate and better payment plan. Quicken staff could not have been more efficient and helpful!
