I refinanced initially over 2 years ago to do major home repairs. My banker has stayed in contact. Last year when I needed more money he helped me again. This year I qualified for a better program which he got me into with no hassle at all. my payments and interest rate have dropped and I couldn't be happier. I have, and wil continue to recommended Quicken to anyone I know has needed to refinance or get a loan.
