I just responded to an advertisement when I was on line one evening and two days later I was contacted by a mortgage broker and the process was started. I had a loan approval that same night. Everything was done by phone and over the internet, I never had to leave my house, not even to sign the final papers. Everyone was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process!
