I would just like to recommend Quicken loans to everyone! I'd become cynical and jaded when it came to customer service because it was so rare to actually experience the high standards of "the good old days" when I felt like customer service was personal. The Quicken loans associates with whom we worked were phenomenal. We received follow up phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I never felt like I'd been left in the dark on anything. AND they were always friendly and helpful. The home buying/refinance process is stressful enough by itself but the professionals at Quicken made it virtually painless. And there were no surprises at closing (unlike other loan offices). They were great. We've established a life-long partnership with Quicken!!
