While Quicken Loans didn't quite have the lowest rate, I tried to go with another company that had a lower rate, and that company couldn't close the deal. Their appraisal came in 25% lower than True Market Value, so that Loan fell through. My Experience with Quicken Loans was fantastic, they waited patiently while I tried to close the other loan, and they were right there when I finally decided to close my loan. My Mortgage banker was very knowledgable, and patient. Closing in my home was fantastic. Everything went as well as I could have hoped.
