Everthing went smooth from day one. I truly enjoyed the electronic signature program. Prevents delays and trips to the fax machine. The only hold up was the wait from my own employer sending out employment the verification. If not for the delay there, we would have closed much sooner than we did. From the time of the initial contact to closing was approximately 2 weeks.
