I contacted several lenders before I selected Quicken. Quicken runs a tight ship - they are very careful about processing loans which are well documented. If all mortgage loans were reviewed as carefully as Quicken did mine, we wouldn't have a national sub-prime mortgage mess. Kudos to Quicken, kudos to the staff, kudos to the founder for his vision.
