We had a great experience with Quicken. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable through the entire process. If I had to criticize one thing, it would be that they may be too fast! With my husband and I working, they were in need of replies quickly and unfortunately, we can't reply within an hour. Luckily, they have extended hours. Overall, a very easy transaction. Would recommend highly.
