This is my second Quicken Loan. The first was a wonderful experience compared to the original financing of our home. The second loan was a result of the "Rate Watcher" program. It flagged my loan as being elegible for a lower rate with no cost to me. What a great deal ! Paul and his staff did a wonderful, thorough and professional process resulting in another 1/2 % reduction of my mortgage. I would highly recommend Quicken Loans, Paul and his staff to anyone.
