I felt that my loan application and approval process with Quicken Loans was a very positiive experience. The loan application was easily done which much handled on line, and i was able to easily track the progress of my loan approval and document updates needed. I also found the staff to be knowledgable and kept m up to date on my loan status all the way until closing.
