Being a business owner myself, I built it from the ground up, with word of mouth being my primary source of advertising. The reason I mention this is if you practice the following rules, and have a product and service that is needed, it is very hard to fail. This is where the Quicken excelled. Always there for communication with customer, if you dont have the answer, you found somene that did. Never once could I not get a hold of someone! No phone maze, hands down, the best. Didnt know it was still possible. 2. Quick, fair, and knowledgable people, did what you said you would, and followed through. Always informed the whole step of the way! Smooth as could be.
