I had a very good mortgage experience- the loan was closed on time and the Quicken team is very organized and professional. The team was very good about answering email and phone calls, very prompt. The only drawback I experienced : sometimes I would get more than one phone call from different team members about the same thing- and that can cause confusion. Other than that I would say the whole experience was better than any other mortgage I've ever had. I love that the closing takes place in your home!!
