I had a very easy and fast refinance process. My mortgage banker was attentive and really listened to my specific needs. He did not try to push a loan that was not appropriate for me in my situation. I have refinance with other companies in the past and the process was not as easy as it was with Quicken Loans. The staff I worked with were all professional yet friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend Quicken Loans to a friend.
