THE QUICKEN LOANS TEAM WAS VERY HELPFUL FROM STEP ONE. EVEN WHEN I WAS CHANGED TO THE NEXT TEAM MEMBER IN THE ORDER OF GETTING THE LOAN, THEY WERE ALL VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE WAY THAT THE REPORTS WERE PUT TOGETHER SO ORDERLY AND NEAT THAT NOT ONLY WAS I SURPRISED BUT THE CLOSING AGENT ALSO HAD MANY KUDOS FOR QUICKEN LOANS.
