I contacted Quicken Loans, and was put in touch with Marshall. After explaining my goals, he presented me with a couple options, both of which were quite good. He steered me towards the option that cost me less, and saved me the most money. Which was quite surprising. During the whole process, everyone I dealt with was quite helpful, and aided in getting the process moved along quickly.
