I have just completed two mortgages in less than 6 months and the process could not have been easier. As well, I can't think of any business transaction, personal or professional that I have conducted in recent memory with a person as responsive and 'all over it' as my Quicken broker. And to top it off, she just sent me a housewarming gift!!
