I have had the best experience ever in refinancing with Quicken. The banker Jim was awesome. Great Followup. Offering better alternatives all the time. The loan I initially started with and the product I ended with were completely different. It worked out very well for me. Jim was always available to respond via email or phone and very good at responding to calls. I highly recommend these guys.
