We needed to lock in a rate due to an upcoming ARM adjustment. We requested information online and our Quicken loans contact helped us understand that we had enough time to be patient. He did not pressure us at all and we agreed to call him back in a couple months when the rates might be better. When we called him back we picked up where we left off and after a fast and easy process we had our new loan. The closing agent came to our home and was very friendly and efficient. This was our 6th mortgage and it was by far the easiest, most pleasant transaction to date. We highly recommend Quicken loans to anyone looking for a loan.
