I contacted Mike and he put a package together that fit my needs (he put a few together). It was explained to me thoroughly and the paper work for the completion was done in a matter of a couple of days. I started saving on my mortage payments and have also found that the money being saved on the new mortage loan is being used to pay other bills.this was a win --win -win situation for me. thank you Mike Tom
