I'm a first time home owner. John, made this process easy and smooth considering the economy. He answered all my questions and even gave me his cell phone number to call at any time. He was very helpful and even answered questions that my realestate agent had. He made me feel as though I was his only client. He responded quickly to my calls and emails. He always kept his word. If he said that he would call you back in half an hour with an answer that's what he did; even if he was just calling to tell you that he was still waiting on an answer from someone else.
