Everybody we spoke to at Quicken was helpful and patient. All of our questions were answered promptly, and usually by phone and e-mail. The only downfall of using a "long distance" mortgage company was all of the faxing of documents we had to do. But the promptness of which we were able to close from the time we found the house made up for any fax issues. Overall it was an excellent and easy experience.
