This was my first time refinancing and I was prepared to something similar to the experience I had with a local bank taking the original mortgage loan. But it turned out to be nothing like that! And this was in a good way. I filled out an online application form and a mortgage expert was with me on the phone in less than an hour. I did not have to mail or even fax a single document; everything was done electronically, including all signatures! The only paper documents I had to deal with were those at loan closing which by the way took place in less than two weeks after I the first contact was made. The use of technology is amazing; the customer service is extremely friendly and diligent. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had, exceeding all my expectations. Thanks a lot Quicken!
