I was very skeptical at first about QuickenLoans and almost chose another lender. Now I'm definitely glad I chose Quicken. Romeo was very professional to work with and quickly answered all of my questions and put my skepticism to rest. I have relayed my positive experience to friends and family, some of whom are interested in refinancing in the very near future. I look forward to hearing from Romeo again soon, when those interest rates drop into the 4's and I can refinance for free!
