From the very start, everyone was very professional and continued to keep me informed of the mortgage progress. I was contacted by both email as well as telephone. If anything was missing, I was contacted and told exactly what was required. Through the use of email attachments and Fax’s, this loan was most expediently processed. Arrangements were made for appraiser and he was very flexible in setting times to be on site to make house appraisal. Further arrangements for a Notary to oversee the signing of all documents were made. I did not have to leave the property at all during the refinancing of the house from start to end.
