First I didn\'t know if it was ok to trust Quicken Loans over internet, you know I wanted something more like face to face dealing. Afer being denied by another bank before, I thought it would be easier to take the same answer by somebody over the phone or e-mail than face to face. I was so surprised when I had this very, very professional person the next day over the phone telling me that I was aproved! And again I felt like it I shouldn\'t get to exicited, that maybe was just a hook. But this person his name is Zack Hubell had always the the right answer to my question over the phone and made feel that it was safe to trust him, so I did. I\'m so thankful to him because now I have a fix rate morgage that will bring me peace after many worries! Thank you Zack and thank you Quicken Loans!
