My quicken Rep (Brian) was very professional & considerate and followed up on each problem encountered. I intially applied for a re-finance of my second home, and learned that it made more sense to set up a NEW MORTGAGE loan. Since the property was mortgage free, I now have a low interest 1st mortgage. Quicken also paid several old loans quickly & accurately. Good job!
