Was hesitant to call about refinancing and once I received a call from Steve Frost and spoke with him it was a pleasure and great experience. He made it a very easy process and worked closely with us to make sure we got what we wanted and got it done in a very organized and timely manner. Appreciated working with him and Megan from the beginning to the end. I would definitely work with Quicken again for any future needs or refinances, etc. and would definitely refer family and friends to Quicken Loans. Thank you for a great experience.
