Quicken Loans – Even Though I Was Offered Better Deals From Other Lending Tree Lenders, The Customer Service Blew Away The Others And I Went With You On That Basis.

Everything worked out well...until the very end, and you sold the loan to Chase. This resulted in a mail notice from your office that everything is the same but the address I was to send the payment was different...fair enough. BUT...the size of the window on the envelope that was addressed to me was SOOO BIG it clearly indicated that I had just received a new mortgage on my home and it was "broadcast" to anyone and everyone who saw the envelope...including the letter carrier, my neighbor who visited and saw the envelope on the counter prior to its opening...and anyone else who may have been in my home that day. Did the envelope designer, proof reader and editor overlook the Privacy Laws you folks subscribe to?? The folks who designed the other correspondence I received produced excellent logical, informative, easy to use and attractive pieces...up to and until I received that poorly designed notice. Everything was wonderful up to the very last thing...and the good feeling bubble I had throughout the process burst! Too bad, because Joe Keller and the rest of the team was excellent.
