Danny Sullivan the mortgage banker was awesome. HE answered question and helped to guide us through the ptuchasing process. HE worked with our Realitor closely to assist with the need to increase our initial loan application. Problems: THe only problems that we encountered during the loan process was that the underwritting staff lost faxed items that they requested, misplaced emails with vital and confidential information. The web site was not up dated with the correct information. They were extremely frustrating. Plus side every interaction was "Cheerful" they were never rude or disrespectful in any way
