Everybody I spoke with was great, knew what they were talking about and helped made my refinance process proceed very smoothly. Each department told me exactly what I needed to do and following the steps were easy. Last refinance was a nightmare this one was a dream. Would not hesitate to recommend or use Quicken Loans again.
