I am really looking forward to getting a 4.5% 0 points mortgage. My broker Feras has done a good job from the sales perpective, but I could have been advised to wait a little longer to get a better deal. I was promised by Feras that he will offer me a 4.5% interest 0 points loan. Its time to execute on that promise - as 2 of my friends have got that deal, the most recent within the last week from Citibank
