I can honestly tell you how pleased I was with the way you handled everything. I was made aware of just exactly what I needed to fax in and was able to even get a lower interest rate on my loan than previously discussed, because the market rates dropped. I am so glad I went ahead and took your advice and refinanced. I was able to lower my payments and pay off my car. With the recent death of my husband, I now feel I can stay in my home.
