I still can't believe I went on the Internet to refinance. I felt comfortable and trusted Allen Ross from the beginning. The loan was approved in less than 30 minutes. From start to finish Allen stayed in constant contact with me to keep me updated on the whole process. I even talked to him when my husband and I were at the closing. He works long hours but it sure didn't affect his mood or ability to treat me like I was his first priority. Thank you Allen!
