The man, Alex, that I talked with was very nice, but was horrible at getting back to me on certain questions I had. But I talked with other people there that were much more helpful. I liked that the closing was at our home, that was very convenient with 3 kids. Also, they were very helpful in getting us the loan amount we needed. I would definitely use this company again, and recommend them. We were very satisfied.
