My loan was complicated by some outside factors that were not my fault nor the fault of the people at Quicken--typically I would say it was due to the complications of todays mortgage market. Happily the people I was working with were able to adjust to the new changes each time they were presented to us and we finally got this loan together and closed. The people at quicken were very professional and were careful to keep me aware of all the things that were happening.
