My first phone call to Quicken answered all of my (many) questions about whether this was a good time for us to refinance and all the details about doing so. My representative was very creative coming up with many different formulas and options for us. Things moved very quickly and I was impressed with the prompt email and phone responses whenever I had questions. Our only snag was a problem with our title, but that was on our end and Quicken was still very helpful with trying to hurry along the former owners of our house and make it more convenient for them to get the correct paperwork back to us, even offering overnight envelopes and making phone calls to them to explain what was needed. I have already recommended Quicken to several friends and family as I believe after 20 years of home ownership, this was the most convenient and pleasant experience we've had refinancing.
