I was pretty satisfied for the process. I even recommended you to a few friends. However, I feel you should offer more of an incentive to refer. $500 off the next deal is simply not good enough. Immediate gratification, such as $500 off the next month's mortgage is much more an incentive. I have already referred 2 people to you.
