My mortgage specialist worked her tail off to make this work for us. We had so many hurdles this time in our refinance probably due mainly to the new regualations for banks. Was impressed all the way to the closing, then we hit a couple bumps in determining exact closing amount, which changed about three times before we were done. Not sure if this was them or the actual guidelines had changed so much it was hard to determine. We had several challenges nailing down the exact amount which was frustrating for us and our Quicken Loan specialist or mortgage banker. I would recommend them for the majority of the service, just sometimes when the amount due moves several times makes one concerned. Who knows the root of this one but up until that point, hands down best I have ever dealt with and they were not even in my state.
