We started the process in January. I had some issues with the first loan agent (he forgot to lock in the rate and the rates went up and the loan was not possible); he no longer is with Quicken Loans. The second loan agent tried very hard to make it work, but still was unable to make it work. I requested the $500 applicationfee back, and Ann Copenhaver stepped into help. It took a while, but she worked with me everyday. The rates came down again and the loan was able to be done.
