It is a bit disconcerting to engage in a mortgage transaction entirely over the phone, email, and the web. However, all of the agents we dealt with were proactive, professional, efficient, and informed. The best part was at our closing, when our notary remarked that our rate on a 15 year fixed mortgage was the lowest she had seen in two months!
