Kerrianne Makin just happened to call when I was very frustrated with another re-fi lender due to the several month time span since application. I transferred my FHA re-fi to Quicken Loans and closing actually happened within 2 weeks! Kerrianne provided excellent service whether it was by phone,email, mail or website.
