Everything was handled by Phillip in a very thorough and professional manner. He also did a wonderful job of follow-up. However, the closing personnel dragged their feet forever: i.e. months. Thus, the whole thing went on for way too long. Also, I wound up having to keep checking with the closing personnel to find out where things stood. Why should I have to do Quicken\'s job? Perhaps that department doesn\'t understand that communication with customers in KEY to the success of a company. As a retired international consultant, I learned this at a very early stage.
