Working with Quicken Loans was a fantastic experience for me. Good customer service is a must for me, and as soon as I started working with Bill Schaffer I knew I would be more than satisfied with my Quicken Loans experience. Bill answered all my questions promptly and was so courteous I couldn't believe it. I will definitely recommend Quicken Loans to everyone I know who is looking for a home mortgage or re-finance.
