I was a bit sceptical on useing an online bank rather that just going to my personal bank, but I am glad I did. I also read other reviews and some people have had some bad experiences but I figured everyones situation is different. I loved the My Quicken Site where you can check the status of your loan and sign your e-docs whenever needed. My loan process was fast, easy, everything was in order at closing, we were in and out in less than 45min. Also, my wife was pregnant and Quicken worked with us around our schedule to make everything happen! I would recommend them to anyone.
