I didn't know much about buying a house when I first called Quicken and when I called, Kelly Wells Isham answered and explained the entire process to me. During the course of buying the house, Kelly was always there to answer questions. Another person at Quicken, Tom Hvorat was talking to me daily to solve every problem that came up. Quicken was always way ahead of the realtor and the seller and I was told by the realtor "they had never seen a lender as fast as Quicken".
