Being a real estate agent, I was prepared for a nightmare but ended up with a terrific experience! I was refi-ing my main home along with a rental. Since I sent the mortgage rep several additional names / loans that closed, I was told I would receive a $200 credit. I was disappointed to learn that the $200 credit I should have received was applied to my rental refi which ended up not closing. I'd recommend more buyers / refi's to this rep if given the chance. Overall, I had a positive experience! And trust me, I've seen it ALL in this business!
